    Things To Do In Lockdown

How’s everyone finding things? Are you struggling to find things to do in lockdown? On a scale of crawling the walls to embracing life as a recluse I’d say I sit somewhere in the middle. I’m very happy to stay indoors at the moment and have only left my house twice in eight weeks ( and no I’m not even shielding). However I am of course really missing seeing my loved ones. My Favourite Books of 2019

Today I thought I’d share with you my favourite books of 2019. It was a big reading year for me, I managed to read 42 books, so it seemed only right to share my favourites to give you some inspiration if you’re looking for something new to read.  My 10 Favourite Books of 2019 Normal People- Sally Rooney I think I can safely say this is my ultimate favourite from last year. So here are my top three books of the year so far if you’re after a recommendation. Normal People- Sally Rooney Well, I think this is hands down the best book I’ve read so far this year. I say read, I listened to the audio book. I’d been hearing good things about this book for a while so eventually I decided to give it a go. It’s set in Ireland and follows the story of Connell and Marianne, from them leaving…

    January Book Reviews

One of my main goals for 2019 is to read 20 books, I think it’s manageable and I’ve got off to a good start. I thought I’d do some January book reviews to give you all an idea of what I’ve been reading, and listening to on audible, and if I have any recommendations for you. I won’t give away any spoilers but I’ll just outline the gist and my thoughts on each book in turn- plus the all important rating! Becoming- Michelle Obama I’m sure a lot of you have this on your reading list for this year as it was a very popular gift at Christmas time. I…
